Joli Ayn Wood

Born in Roanoke, Virginia, Joli has been painting and creating since 2003, both in the studio and on location “en plein air.” Painting what inspires, she enjoys capturing the mountain vistas and rural landscapes of Southwestern Virginia, the rugged coastlines of New England, as well as the striking Desert Southwest. When she is not creating or teaching art, Joli seeks to champion fellow artists with deep involvement in local art non-profit organizations, creating opportunities for artists to exhibit and sell their work. Joli is a passionate supporter of local senior care channels, teaching and demonstrating her craft, her aim to use art in healing within her surrounding community.
