 A special end of season opportunity for our members!

North Shore Arts Association
11 Pirates Lane Gloucester Massachusetts
October 19th through November 2nd

NSAA is offering an end of season bonus opportunity for all members, Artist Members and Associate Members. This is an opportunity to display as many paintings as you can reasonably fit within a designated  5’w x 6h‘ (approx. - leave room between you and your neighbor!)  wall space in the upstairs gallery. Think of it as a mini solo show! Registration fee is $50. Space is limited to 40 participants (one space per) and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Location of individual artist space will be determined by lottery drawing at the close of registration acceptance. Any artist who would like additional space can ask to be put on a waiting list for additional space in the event that less than 40 artists register to participate. Each artist is responsible for hanging their own work and should bring their own tools (hammer, nails, step ladder, etc.).

Registration . . .
Registration ($50) is now through October 16 (or until max count is reached) online www.nsarts.org
at the NSAA or by phone 978.283.1857.

Event Timeline . . .
Delivery and hanging of works Thursday, October 17 (10am-4pm)
Show opens Saturday, October 19
Reception Sunday, October 20 (2pm-4pm)
Show closes 5pm Saturday, November 2
Pick up of works Sunday, November 3 (noon-4pm)

Reception . . .
NSAA will provide wine, soft drinks, cheese and crackers. Staff will set up tables and provide linens, cups and napkins. We ask all participants to please bring a “table ready finger food” to share.

Advertising . . .
NSAA will provide advertising and promotion but advertising by all participants is encouraged, especially online via Facebook & Instagram, etc. To assist artists, NSAA will provide a standard press release for individual artists to use as a framework for sending out information to their own local newspaper about their participation in this event.

Sale of Works . . .
All works sold will be processed through North Shore Arts Association. Sales split will be sixty-seven percent (67%) to the artist and thirty-three percent (33%) to the NSAA. NSAA will issue checks for all works sold approximately two (2) weeks after the event.

Liability . . .
Participating artists assume all responsibility for their person, possessions and artwork during the course of this event. Registration for this event constitutes acceptance of this policy.
