Daniel Lyman is a resident of Annisquam, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire. He is a practicing lawyer, the former Interim President of the New Hampshire Institute of Art, and a student and collector of the artists of Cape Ann.
Lyman’s works in oil and graphite have been chosen for juried exhibitions at the North Shore Arts Association, the Rockport Arts Association, the Jane Deering Gallery, the Charles Fine Arts Gallery, the Sharon Arts Center, and many others. Most recently, his works were selected for the NSAA 2022 Exhibit New England and the RAAM 2022 Grassroots shows. Lyman has also had solo shows at the Annisquam Village Gallery and Gloucester’s Matz Gallery. He is a member of the Experimental Group of RAAM and was one of five artists featured in the Contemporary Landscapes exhibit at New Hampshire’s Kelley Stelling Gallery. Lyman has taken numerous classes with Dennis Sheehan, the Paul Ingbretson Studio, and the New Hampshire Institute of Art as well as under Jeff Weaver and David Curtis of Gloucester, Massachusetts.

BankGloucester and the North Shore Arts Association collaborate annually to create opportunities for local artists to have solo shows at BankGloucester throughout the year. We invite you to come and experience an exhibition of paintings by Ed Moscovitch, a Gloucester resident of thirty years, now resides in North Andover as a contemporary watercolor artist, whose work focuses primarily on landscape and architectural subjects. Ed masters the use of color and value to create vibrant compositions and moody atmospheres.

Source Bakery and the North Shore Arts Association work together creating opportunities for local artists to have solo shows at Source Bakery throughout the year.
Jennifer Nixdorf McCalmont discovered her love of art early, later studying textile design at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth before working in New York’s fashion industry. After settling in New Hampshire, she built a worldwide greeting card line before turning fully to oil painting. Jennifer trained in the Boston School tradition, a century-old lineage rooted in impressionism and disciplined representational painting, studying portraiture for many years with Mary Minifie, alongside Robert Douglas Hunter and Cape Ann icon David Curtis.
